Who Is Wearing What

Did you know that Portuguese sailors who travelled to the East wore long baggy trousers called bombacha pantaloons? Or that Roman togas were so long that people needed help putting them on? This children’s publication – in separate English, Arabic and French editions – uses some of Louvre Abu Dhabi’s finest artworks from across the ages and continents to shed some light on what people wore and why they wore them.
